Warranty Information
1. Spo2 sensors, spo2 extension cables, IBP cables and ECG/EKG cables are covered under 12 months warranty.
2. NIBP connectors and blood pressure cuffs are covered under 6 months warranty.
3. Temperature probes and disposable products are not covered under warranty. If a fault is found with the product upon opening, we will exchange the
product free of charge
4. Damages as a result of improper use, accidents or negligence are not covered under warranty.
5. Any adjustments or fixtures made to the product that change the original structure or original use of the product (including the replacement of parts)
from the customer or otherwise, will v oid the warranty.
Terms and Conditions
1. Buyers are responsible for any processing fees that may be charged by banks outside of Mainland China
2. Buyers will bear any other additional costs that may be charged including; Certificate of origin fees, Border inspection fees, Legalisation document fees
and so on. Any additional fees that are not stated under our quoted price are to be borne by the buyer.
3. Orders can be shipped in separate batches if requested. If an express delivery service is required, then any additional fees t hat are not covered under the
regular delivery charge are to be borne by the buyer
4. T he delivery time of orders will be calculate d from the moment the full T/T payment is received, please note that the day of shipment will not be counted.
Service Range
1. Products that are not originally sold by our company (original products) are not covered under our service range.
2. Branded products and OEM products are covered under their respective company s warranty. Please refer to thei r company policy for terms and conditions
3. For products not covered under our service range or warranty agreement that require the replacement of parts, our company will charge a maintenancefee that
covers repair s and spare part costs
